Manager – Operations
Wulfstan Analytics is looking for an experienced and capable Manager – Operations, Administration & Project Coordination to oversee day-to-day business operations, administrative functions, project monitoring, and internal execution across teams.

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
This is a middle management role requiring strong leadership, ownership, and coordination skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with senior management, ensure operational discipline, monitor project timelines, and drive accountability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions across teams
- Ensure operational tasks are completed on time and aligned with management priorities
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, management action trackers, and reporting
- Supervise employee administration, attendance, onboarding, and office operations
- Support payroll coordination, statutory compliance follow-up, and vendor management
- Maintain operational dashboards, documentation, and structured reporting for management
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, banks, and service providers
- Drive accountability, process discipline, and workflow efficiency across the organization
- Support management decision-making through operational reporting and business coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management, administration, project coordination, or office management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in an IT company, consulting firm, or professional services environment is highly preferable
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and task management abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and confidentiality
